I design it like I’m the one building it
That’s the gap between an engineering firm that has never welded anything and a fab shop that has to design it for free just to quote it. New equipment or a fix to what you already run — what you get goes straight to the table.
Model, shop drawings, cut files, nests, hardware schedule. Twenty years on the tools — I can build anything I draw, I just don’t bid the build or stamp it. If a job needs a PE seal, you’ll hear that from me early, and I’ll work alongside whoever provides it.
I need something that doesn’t exist yet
New equipment, a machine, a fixture, a structure. From a conversation and a tape measure to a package a shop can quote off.
Something I’ve got isn’t working right
A bottleneck you’ve lived with for years. A machine that fights the people running it. Something that needs guarding before anybody gets hurt.
I can’t get the part anymore
Discontinued, or sixteen weeks out from one supplier overseas. I scan it, model it, and get you a package a shop can make it from.
I’m a fab shop
A customer wants something built and has no drawings to quote off. Send them to me and you get a package to price instead of a design job you can’t bill for. Same if your own people are stacked, or a site visit needs somebody technical along.
